Request account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your ABTea account and associated personal data.

How to submit your request

1. Send an email from the email address registered to your ABTea account to abteashop2022@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Delete My ABTea Account.
3. Include your registered name and registered email address so we can locate and verify the correct account.
4. We may contact you through the registered email address to confirm ownership and protect the account from an unauthorized deletion request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the ABTea account and associated personal data that are not required to be retained. This may include:

• account profile and contact information;
• saved account preferences and eligible saved information;
• rewards balances, vouchers, referral information, and account-linked benefits;
• uploaded payment-confirmation images that are no longer required; and
• other account-linked data that is not subject to a legitimate retention need.

Information that may be retained

Limited order, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or accounting information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Important effects of deletion

• Account deletion is permanent after it has been completed.
• You may lose unused rewards points, vouchers, referrals, and account benefits.
• You may need to create a new account to use account-based features again.

Processing your request

We will review and process verified requests within a reasonably prompt period, subject to security checks and any legitimate legal or record-retention requirements. We will contact you if more information is needed.
